This timeline outlines the Social Media team’s content creation process to set clear expectations from clients and optimize the content creation process for the BuB Team.
Client Success Managers, please introduce this timeline during the kick-off call to ensure alignment and a smooth collaboration.
Part 1: Content Planning and Creation #
🔶 Begins once we receive the brief and all necessary assets/permissions from the Social Media Checklist.
🔶 Takes 2 weeks.
Part 2: Feedback and Approval #
🔶 As default, we usually seek the approval of our clients before scheduling, and
a part of our content publishing process, However, if you prefer to skip the content review and approval steps, please let us know.
🔶 We give a 3-day window to provide any revisions or feedback. If we don’t receive any response, we proceed with scheduling the post as planned to avoid delays.
Please note: Revisions may take 2-5 days, depending on the number and complexity of changes, as well as the social media manager’s task availability.
Part 3: Scheduling #
🔶 Once the content is approved or the 3-day review window has passed, we will schedule the posts.
Part 4: Analytics and Reporting #
🔶 For analytic reporting, please refer to your designated Client Success Manager.

- High-quality images and videos are much appreciated for better output
- Be patient – Social media growth takes time and requires patience. While we work hard to create engaging content and maximize social media growth, it may take some time to see significant results.
- We usually create content a month in advance. If the client has specific promotions, campaigns, themes or requests, do let us know ahead of time. The same applies if the client has photos or videos that they want to be posted.
