We want to make the handoff from Sales to Client Success as smooth as possible when a client signs a contract. To do this, the Sales Team needs to fill in the right fields in Pipedrive so that all the important details get transferred automatically.
- Setting Up a New Deal
Once you’ve created a new deal, make sure to complete all relevant fields in the Organization section.
2. Filling in Deal Details
Before marking a deal as Signed Proposal, double-check that all Organization fields are filled out. This ensures the Client Success Team gets all the right info
- If the client is interested in digital marketing services, make sure to check all relevant options.
- In the Summary & Key Points section, share a quick summary of the client business model or any relevant aspects the CS team should know about
3. What Happens Next?
Once everything is filled out and the deal is moved to Signed/Proposal, an automated email will be sent to the Client Success Team with a full summary.
