Established in 2005, Beachnest Vacation Rentals is a family-owned and operated vacation rental management company located in Santa Cruz, California. Their success has stemmed from their high level of customer service and interaction with guests, as well as their ability to adapt to changes in the market over the past two decades.

After meeting Conrad and seeing BuildUp Bookings grow over the years, owner John Pickart decided to make the transition to working with the team in February of 2021. He resonated with the vision and creative approach of the company, and wanted to make a change during the off-season to see results throughout the summer months and beyond.

Build of new email templates and re-launch of the monthly email newsletter to ALL past guests
