BuildUp Bookings Client Success Process

Client + BuildUp Bookings Introduction #

This is the initial stage where both parties get to know each other. Our team conducts preliminary research on the client’s industry, competitors, target audience, and marketing history. We hold discussions with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Concurrently, we introduce the client to our agency, our team, and our capabilities, providing them with case studies or examples of our past work.

This phase is crucial for setting the right expectations, ensuring that our services align with the client’s needs and goals, and determining if we are the right fit for each other. It’s a mutual evaluation that helps us in forming a productive and satisfying working relationship moving forward.

Contracts & Invoices #

In this phase, we formalize our business relationship with the client. We clearly define the services we will be offering, the timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.

We ensure that all aspects of our services are documented in a contract to ensure clarity and prevent future conflicts. Invoices are prepared and sent as per the payment schedule agreed upon.

Client Onboarding Checklist & Intake Form #

This stage is where we set up everything needed to effectively manage the client’s account. As part of this process, we share a Client Intake Form which is designed to collect all essential information about the client’s business.

This includes company details, target audience, key competitors, unique selling points, and access to digital assets (logos, brand guidelines, etc.).

We also set up communication protocols, assign roles and responsibilities within our team, and configure necessary project management tools. By completing this step, we ensure we have all the necessary resources and information at our disposal to provide the best possible service.

Kick-Off Call #

The kick-off call sets the tone for our working relationship. During this call, we formally introduce our team, outline the project’s objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and discuss the strategy we’ve developed for them. We also take the time to answer any questions or concerns the client may have. This ensures everyone is on the same page and kick-starts the project on a positive note.

Scope Management #

Scope management involves clearly defining and controlling what is and isn’t included in the project. This involves setting boundaries, expectations, and ensuring that any changes to the project scope are documented, communicated, and agreed upon. It helps in preventing scope creep, which can lead to project delays and cost overruns.

On-Going Client Management #

This is the long-term process of executing the agreed-upon marketing strategy and delivering results. It includes regular communication with the client, monitoring and adjusting strategies as necessary, delivering periodic performance reports, and ensuring client satisfaction. It’s all about building and maintaining a strong, successful relationship with the client, leading to repeated business and referrals.
