The following information is necessary to begin an email marketing campaign. This information should be included when assigning a new project to a team member.
- Account information
- Email platform access. (We prefer MailChimp but work with a variety of email platforms.)Â
- StayFi, Hostfully, or any other accounts we will need access to in order to pull guest data
- Website access (for installing pop ups etc.)
- Assets (Creating of a new client folder in Google Drive with this information will make things much easier on the designer.)
- Branding Kit
- Logo / Graphics
- Preferred Colors (Hex)
- Tag line
- Fonts
- Events
- Preferred events websites or a specific calendar of events that should be shared.
- The Specific location and names of local towns that we can focus on when making recommendations.
- Branding Kit
- Specific marketing partners
- If there are companies that should be highlighted these should be included in the initial information.
