The following information is necessary to begin an email marketing campaign. This information should be included when assigning a new project to a team member.

• Account information
  • Email platform access. (We prefer MailChimp but work with a variety of email platforms.) 
  • StayFi, Hostfully, or any other accounts we will need access to in order to pull guest data
  • Website access (for installing pop ups etc.)
• Assets (Creating of a new client folder in Google Drive with this information will make things much easier on the designer.)
  • Branding Kit
    • Logo / Graphics
    • Preferred Colors (Hex)
    • Tag line
    • Fonts
  • Events
    • Preferred events websites or a specific calendar of events that should be shared.
    • The Specific location and names of local towns that we can focus on when making recommendations.
• Specific marketing partners
  • If there are companies that should be highlighted these should be included in the initial information.
