For us in the BuildUp/Guesthook team to be able to integrate the Ownerrez widget to your WordPress website, we need to have full admin access on your Ownerrez account.
Before we get started, if you’ve shared an account to [email protected] already but with limited account access, please remove that account to your Ownerrez Team Access.
Step 1 #
Login to your Ownerrez account.
Once logged in, on the top right corner of the menu bar, click on that down arrow just beside your account profile avatar. Then select Team Access.
Step 2 #
Under the Configure Team Access page, you’ll find 2 tabs: Portal and Staff. Click on Staff.
Then click on the “Invite Staff Member” button.
Step 3 #
Fill-in the details provided in the form by simply copying what’s displayed on the screenshot below. Please don’t tick the “Hide reports menu” to avoid unnecessary conflict that may encounter upon integration. There may be an option to allow READ ONLY or FULL ADMIN ACCESS. Please select FULL ADMIN ACCESS if given this option.
Once done, click on the Invite button.
Step 4 #
Once completed, the page will redirect to the “Staff Member Invite Settings” page which displays the details of the invite.

At this point, please don’t make any changes. Instead, allow us some time to accept your invitation which we will be receiving on our [email protected] gmail.
Once we completed the invitation steps, we can finally access your Ownerrez account with full admin access that allows us to do the integrations necessary for the Ownerrez widget.
