How to use the Content Calendar: #
???????? Open the Content Calendars Folder in Drive.
???????? Make a copy of the 01 – Calendar Template. (Important: Please make sure you do this step.)
???????? Rename the new content calendar in this format. [Client name + Year ex. ABC Vacation Homes 2023]
???????? Modify client information and other essential notes on the Blank sheet/tab.
1 – Client Name
2 – Month for the month in need of preparation
3 – Other Information / Things to note
4 – This serves as a guide for the content pillars. See Content Strategy for 2023 for more information.
5 & 6 – Insert the link to client media files from Basecamp/their Dropbox or Drive folders and the link to the editable Canva graphics.
???????? Add screenshots of ideal times for scheduling for your reference. Go to World Time Buddy. See below.
???????? To add a new month tab, right-click (1) Blank, then (2) Duplicate. Rename the new copy of the sheet to the month of the content calendar for preparation.
???????? Change the first date you see to the first Monday of the calendar. There’s no need to change the other dates as they will automatically update. (Make sure you’re on the right year.)
???????? To expand/minimize the content for the weeks, click on the plus/minus icons on the left.

- Instagram (It’s best to ask permission from original source or give photo/video credit. Tag them on the caption.)
