We aim to make payments as soon as possible, but have to adhere to the following schedule keep our policy consistent for all contractors that work with 91 Digital LLC (BuildUp Bookings and Guest Hook) and create a sustainable model for long-term success.

1. All contractors will be paid for their services in the month following the completion of their work for any project fee, hourly or retainer-based services.
2. All contractors who are on commission-based contracts will be paid in the following month after the first payment has been made by the client signed that’s eligible for a commission.
3. Payment will be made via our payment provider, Gusto, by default however other payment options include PayPal or your own payment portal if setup. Please reach out to [email protected] and cc [email protected] if you have specific request for your payments method. If you are a new contractor, you will have to first add and setup your account within Gusto before you can accept your first payment.
4. Contractors will be required to submit invoices for their services in order to receive payment. Invoices must include the following information: name of contractor, email address of contractor, dates of service, description of services provided, and total amount due. For first-time invoices, please include your personal email, state of residence / address so we may invite you to Gusto.
5. Payment will be made within 5 business days of the receipt and approval of a valid invoice. Important note: many banks take several days to process payments from Gusto, the date of processed payment may lag money arriving in your account by 3-4 days. 
6. Any disputes regarding payment must be submitted in writing to the company within 30 days of the date of the invoice. The company will review and respond to any disputes within 15 business days.
7. The company reserves the right to withhold payment for any services that are not performed to the satisfaction of the company.
