Step 1: Client signs the proposal (automatically posted in All Hands and sent to the team via email)

Step 2: Set up new Basecamp project & invite the team/client: https://www.buildupbookings.com/docs/build-basecamp-project/

Step 3: Post a message in the Message Board for the client with a link to fill out the onboarding form:

Step 4: Once the onboarding form is complete (comes through email automatically), the client will get a link to schedule the kickoff call. If they haven’t set up the call, send them the link directly through Basecamp.
