- Install & Activate Gravity Forms using the zip file.
- Register Gravity Forms using our license key.
- Select “Hide License Information”
4. Select Small/Medium Business. Select Contact Form and Subscription Form. Select Email Marketing Platform and Anti-Spam Services.
5. Create a Contact Us form. Include Name, Email and Comments fields. Make all fields required.
6. In Form Settings Enable Anti-Spam Honeypot.
7. Create Admin Notification. Enter the client’s email address in the send to field. Enter {Name (First):1.3} {Name (Last):1.6} in the from name field. Enter [email protected] in the from email field. Enter {Email:3} in the reply to field. Enter [Client Name] New Submission From {form_title} – {Email:3} in the subject field.
