The Architect: Organizes content plans (creates outline, plans where and how the content will eventually look on the site) to maximize effectiveness.

The Carpenter: Writers are responsible for researching and writing content for the publication. They may work on a variety of topics at the same time, but their core job is to write and assemble content.

The Judge: Editors (aka: Judges) are responsible for reviewing and refining content to ensure that it is accurate, well-written, and aligned with our goals from a brand and SEO perspective. They work with our content writers to shape ideas, and may also be involved in the publication and promotion of content.
